Terms
Once you have established an account, payment must be made by invoice within 30 days. A monthly statement will be posted to you. A 5% settlement discount is offered to customers who pay within 7 days of receipt of goods. All goods remain the property of Ozcorp Creative Designs until full payment is made.

Claims & Returns
Please contact us if you receive goods that have been damaged so that we may credit you or arrange redelivery as soon as possible.

Sale or Return Policy
All products returned must be in saleable condition, not shop worn or damaged in store. Our sales representatives will work with you to ensure that you have the right stock for you so will accept returns from time to time.

Change of Ownership
We will not accept returns due to change of ownership of a store.
